Ole is a novice, it's been clear to see for the past ten games. He's out of his depth and has no control over the egos at the club. He was offered that contract far too hastily, and then the ugly colours of the club reared their head, exposing us for what we truly are. A mid-table club full of poison and mediocrity inside and out.
