    Maguire getting injured whilst fouling a player inside the box.
     
    Not sure how serious that knock to Maguire was. He was either hobbling or sprinting at the end there.

    Oh no, poor Donny, £40 million transfer, big wages, been almost entirely ineffectual for the entirety of his time here and has shown himself incapable of getting ahead of players the majority on here think are shit.

    Just a win that's it. OK performance. And Burnley had a few decent chances . Comfy in 2nd until 88 mins then fell asleep and give them a few chances. Mctom motm .
     
    In my stream the Arabic commentator just said, Maguire is the master at putting his hands up for offside while subsequently playing the attacker on side. Pretty much sums him up. :lol:

    It will naturally overhaul itself: Cavani, Pogba, Donny, Lingard, Matic, probably Ronaldo, Henderson, Mata all going most likely.
     
    Terrible 2nd half, ok first half but with a really good display from McT.
     
    So bizarre that the first thing Ole did when he got in the door was boot Fellaini out of it, only to sign Wan Bissaka mere weeks later.
     
    Terrible service on half, passing and movement was horrific. Let's be honest, Burnley are awful and they created some decent chances so I do not hold much hope this Utd team is going to be challenging for top 4 let alone any higher.
     
    AWB looks like a fan that just ran on the pitch and joined in while suddenly getting very nervous at 70k watching you

    Disagree, the issue is we’ve looked exactly like an Ole team in this 2nd half. Taken a lead, completely stepped off the gas, allowed the opposition to get back into the game. Better team would punish us. Same shite we’ve been dealing with the last 3 years.

    Question is whether Ralf can change this. Still early days but some of these players really don’t look upto the challenge (and quite frankly, never have…). Desperately need a good transfer window.
     
    We beat a side full of hoofers and wankers. At least we beat them, but we looked pretty shit.

    Good enough win. Obviously took our foot off the gas in the second half so should be beneficial for Monday
     
    Maguire needs to be benched.
    we still look awful and very sloppy sometimes. Second half we lost energy.

    we have to be a lot better to beat Wolves.

    Scott is mobile and should be allowed to run box to box while we have someone who can stay deep and help out in front of the defence. Fred allows non of that he runs around and throws himself about without any composure.

    McTominay would do better as a RM in a midfield diamond of four. I think Fred would do better as the LM.
     
    I thought it was an unfortunate last 5 or so minutes from AWB as he was very impressive before that. Maguire ... No words, really poor game today - it's usually against teams like Burnley that I feel actually does Ok.

    Oddly enough as much as we weren't as sharp in the second half, we appeared to have more control, compared to the basketball-like nature of the first half.

    Hopefully, this is the start of some improvement
