Our players don't have that killer instinct to want to score goals. We're wasteful in front of goal when we do create chances. But, they seem content just passing the ball around in midfield as if that's the point of the game. It's a bit like just side-questing or doing odd jobs in an RPG, rather than doing the main point of the story. Except the sidequests actually have some value. In this case, it doesn't. Keeping the ball is great if the end result is you create a chance or have a shot at goal, or...god forbid, you score a goal.
