We just don't move. Midfield or fullbacks get the ball and Martial, James, Pereira are all just standing still watching. Mata is the only one who looks like he has any idea of how to move into space for the ball but he's on his own.
Williams did well there a minute ago and Pereira was so busy standing still watching him that when the ball broke his way he lost possession immediately.
