    Firstly, I don't think that you have looked through all my posts history.
    And secondly, Were United not against the ropes nearing the end of the game against Brighton? When has stating facts become so triggering? And thirdly, can you honestly say that this was a good performance?
     
    This was another appalling performance when attacking. They looked lost against very average players yet again and no wonder Mourinho wanted a winger in the summer as no one up top are able to create anything. This really is a sign of poor football intelligence combined with lacklustre off the ball movement. We have seen too many games like this this season for it to be a coincidence and this need addressed badly in January.
     
    Great three points to get but a very drab performance but then off the back of away in Europe and look at Spurs who have dropped points. Not going over board either way I am just happy with the win today. If we were getting this type of performance week in week out then I would start to get unhappy but that's not the case and far from it.

    I’ve looked through it plenty under our routine newbie monitoring!

    Of course it wasn’t a great performance but honestly the state of some of you. The way you’ve been posting recently I don’t know why you even bother to watch it.

    Well clearly you haven't. And calling out a bad performance when there's one, how does that equate to me being miserable? Explain please? Plus as a fan I am entitled to my own opinion and view of how my team is performing.

    A 3 man midfield isn't the solution. The problem is that we don't have a proper number 10 and our right wing is non existent. We brought on Fellaini to give us control yet it seemed we got even worse. That proves we don't need 3. Playing with 3 in midfield also invites pressure on the team and I'd say attack is sometimes the best form of defence.

    Well, then most of our crosses are pretty hopeless. I did see a couple of decent chances for them, they were 1ft away from tapping in.

    Fans have rights do express their disappointment in lack of entertaining/attacking football. After all they are being held to ransom each time the go to OT nowdays or watch on TV.

    You actually said change the manager because I didn't enjoy the game. A game that we won. We're second in the league. Top of our CL group. But because you didn't find the game 'exciting', sack the manager.

    He relies on players of similar ilk to himself to play off (which are lacking at the club) so he struggles, but he is a person who makes things happen and was brilliant doing that at Dortmund.

    Nothin wrong with 3 in midfield mate
    Everyone playin 10 is awful at the moment

    Jose first Chelsea side played with 3 in middle every game and were one of the best teams going and had 2 relatively defensive players too in esien and makalele
     
    No getting away from it, we are pretty uninspiring at the moment.
    Brighton were well organised and can consider themselves unlucky.
     
    After reviewing this in perspective... this weekend may yet be an extremely good weekend for us. It's already a good weekend and if City drop points it will be extremely positive.

    Remember that we used to praise Fergie's sides when they won ugly!

    It's not just one game is it. The football's been terrible for ages, and just because we've beaten a few cr*p teams you and the rest of the apologists hold your nose and pretend everything's ok.

    What you don't seem to grasp is that some fans actually care about more than results. We want to be entertained and to enjoy the football that's an offer. We're not motivated by trophies or league position.

    Sorry but calling other fans spoiled is just puerile name-calling, based on a mistaken belief that the best way to support the team is with blind faith. Get a grip.
