I will happily bask in that till Sunday. United are so unpredictable we could quite easily beat the Scousers. People forget how we keep beating City under Ole.

Not happy with the 4-2-4, but that's basically how we play every game. I have heard so many people say 2 sitting midfielders is defensive, but when our front 4 are so far forward, it's almost a necessity.

Hey, I also said I wouldn't play Bruno if he was going to play as a 2nd striker & would only play him if I could trust him to play as part of a midfield 3. First half he was a second striker and we couldn't sustain attacks, 2nd half he drops in & plays in a 3 man midfield & we're suddenly sustaining pressure. Maybe I really should be the manager. In all seriousness, I hope Ole drops his 4231 from now on & realises he needs 3 in that midfield. 433 is the way to go with our personnel & Bruno can play that deeper role just fine, in fact I prefer him in it.

Pogba definitely helped link midfield to the forwards too. Subs worked tonight. A 3 behind a 3 definitely works better than a 2 behind a 4- Status
