    That was an incredibly important win - now we can afford a defeat to Brighton
     
    Held on thankfully. Still problems with 2nd half performances which I feel like I say after every game now.
     
    Lindelof with another great performance. Has been good aerially too.
     
    Big sigh of relief. 3 points. What is it with us and second half dropoffs lately? How hard is it to play well for 90 minutes? Jeez.
     
    Thank God for that. Needed those 3 points
     
    Deserved to win that. Could have conceded a jammy equaliser, but we hung in there and did enough to win. One of those games that just needs to be 'ticked off' the list.
     
    Phew! We tend to make it difficult for ourselves.

    Some of these lads simply aren't United quality (if United are serious about contending for the title): Maguire, wout, Malacia, Sancho, Dalot and Sabitzer should not be playjng for United. Eriksen, AWB, Da Gea and Antony should be back up players at best.
     
    If the referee was honest then we would have won this game w8th more goals.

    The rule is that endangering the safety of an opponent is a red card. According to the refs, the head is of minor importance and what we really need to do is to protect legs from being touched by studs because that can result in instant death.

    Underrated comment this, I do something similar hiding behind the little wall between the kitchen and the tv.

    It’s no wonder we have conspiracies over referees when you look at the differing outcome between the challenge on Rashford and that made by Sabitzer 2mins later, it’s a disgrace to be frank.

    Also, why do our players appear to be so stupid when the clock is close to running out. There were 2/3 occasions in the last couple of mins where they could have held the ball and hit a channel, instead they come inside and lose the ball to put us under pressure.

    That Villa free kick too, why is the referee effectively adding time to let them have a chat for over a minute about what to do.The whistle could and should have been blown as soon as the wall was set. Don’t let them discuss and plan, and add time on for it.
