*cough* Premier League winners *cough*Barcelona have paid us £130M for has-beens, never-wases and coulda-beens. Real will have paid you £120M for 2 players who walk into a world XI.

Arsenal feed both Barca and City. It's actually quite astonishing how they manage to do that for both every year*whisper* Barcelona *whisper*
At his best, Falcao is not just a goalscorer. He is a striker that can stretch defences and break their shape with his movement (think a much more proactive version of Hernandez off the ball). This enables him to create pockets of space for himself and others. He is also a very good target man who can hold up the ball and bring others around him into play. Theoretically, he is the perfect and complete striker. He is certainly the best among the current strikers for the central role in the 433.I do find it strange that we keep playing a non-scoring striker, especially when you consider that LVG is all about stats - surely he will look at Falcao's stats and recognise that he is not a goal scorer?
Feel the same. Can't believe we're at the final home game of the season already, is it just me or does it feel like this season has just flown by? Maybe its because last years nightmare seemed to drag on and on and on and on...it does seem just like yesterday that the World Cup was starting though.
I disagree, there's still something to play for. Arsenal losing another easy home game is unlikely but not impossible. A win today at least gives us a chance to capitalize on that, should it happen. Third or fourth, big difference. We have to win this game, its all about pride at this point - Arsenal fans have gotten gassed after their FA Cup win.

Any ideas on how we're going to be lining up? Anyone out injured?
OUT
Rooney
Shaw
Di Maria is fit,so is Rojo, RVP will most likely sit on the bench as Falcao is going to start according to a stipulation in his contract.
Would you expect Rojo or Young at LB?
Interesting to see if Falcao does start, RvP is closer to Rooney in playing style, you would have thought.
Rojo, We need Young going forward - LVG might still put him at LB though.
The Falcao thing is mental imo, this game is begging for RVP to start.
There seems to be some suggestion that Valdes will start today. If that's the case then we're likely resigned to De Gea leaving. If De Gea is off then that's a good decision. Time to focus on the players that will be here next season.

pretty sure falcaos stats prove he's a goalscorer beyond reasonable doubtIn fairness, Wellbeck scored 8 goals in total this season (4 league, 4 Cup).
I think that for £16M, Wellbeck has been a poor investment - £2M per goal.

A draw seems more likely 1-1 .Falcao to score.
Im guessing he means this season. But yeah, have to agree.pretty sure falcaos stats prove he's a goalscorer beyond reasonable doubt
Is has to happen eventually....right?
Shocking .I know but i have a feeling he will buck the trend today.
They suffered a shock loss at home to Swansea just the other day. As I said, unlikely, but not exactly in the category of miracles either.I dont see Arsenal losing 2 games.
for the love of god put Januzaj in his real position.
