Need to bring on Herrera for Lingard and switch to 4-3-3. Our central midfield is wide open. If they score again we'd need another two.Such a shit goal they scored as well. Lucky deflection then us not clearing our lines. Can't believe how difficult we are making this for ourselves. Even a team like Everton would have no problem over 2 legs against these lot. Playing a winger onside in the build up is entirely different from a central defender not pushing up with the rest of the defence. It's like arguing making a silly free kick is as stupid as making a silly penalty.

Well clearly they'd absolutely hammer us and so would a bunch of other CL teams this season. That being said if somehow someway we can win this competition and seriously improve recruitment-wise in the summer then perhaps next season things will be different.

Shaw has been a constant threat down the left flank. Only issue is he is getting caught forward on occasion and he isn't getting the cover when it happens.
