Ffs I was so numb to this and now I’m more nervous than before.
This is down to how we've set up tactically. We're compact and have given them no space to do anything in the final 3rd. We're set up to hit them on the counter. The tactics are great which is such a difference from the rest of the season. We've specifically set up to counter City. It's a shame ETH didn't do this more throughout the season. He might have kept his jobAnother half that leaves you both excited and angry. For months we've been playing kamikaze football and allowing everyone and their uncle to have dozens of shots against us. All this time Ten Hag was capable of being more pragmatic and setting us up better defensively but he was opting not to. Great he's remembered how to be smart today and fingers crossed we see it through. But why couldn't we be this compact against Palace et al?
