    Rooney talked about before the game he wanted Hojlund to 'occupy the centre backs'... Now their CB's haven't a clue what to do, giving Bruno and others a chance to get into dangerous positions.

    Amazing first half performance, easily the best we've played since we beat Chelsea 4-1 last season.

    To those saying that we should stick with ETH on the back of this though, I'd argue that the players know he's leaving and are just trying to give him a good send-off.

    When you see Varane and Licha play like this together, you can sort of understand some of Ten Hag's frustrations with injuries.
     
    The fact City don't have speed merchants on the wings helped a lot. We could trust AWB and Dalot to cope with their "wingers" 1 on 1.

    If they bring in Doku, could get interesting
     
    Bring on Evans, Lindelof and Kambwala at HT.. just stand on the goal line and refuse to move.

    Yeah they definitely don't look like the team they obviously are on the ball so far to be fair. I guess fatigue can catch up with anyone.
     
    Got the tactics correct so far today.
    Defending very well, looking dangerous on the counter with City struggling with the runners coming from deep.
    Second goal was very well constructed.
     
    Oliver has his work cut out for him. Watch this space. Penalty or red.
