Well we are not losing.
That is all I have to say about that half.
That is all I have to say about that half.
The Rooney support brigade is out again, led by Souness!
No, an accurate corner/set piece with couple great De Gea saves would suffice
Since Liverpool is not a great team either and they do have problems converting their chances i think a sneaky, sucker punch win is not out of question.
So far I've been disappointed with what "he creates from nothing". There's a burst of pace with the ball at his feet, but no intricate change of pace, and v few screaming shots or killer passes. I'm willing to blame his isolation on the boss but even from him in these circumstances I'm hoping to see something more. No, but can you name one player in the squad right now that can create something from nothing, anyone besides Martial.
No game plan, no tactics, no method to anything, just booting the ball up field and players running away from their positions.
Don't know what we were doing in training this week but this is shockingly bad.
Hes been just as shite as everybody else
Those corners we had were criminal. The 2nd one in particular.
Dodgy keeper, shit defence, so what do we do?
Play it to the edge of the box so it's intercepted and they can break on us.
Rooney up front? he is not fast enough. And he has not been for quiet a while now.
I hope he's at least turned on his adding machine.Believe me, Woodward won't hesitate to act decisively as soon as Top Four is mathematically impossible.
Because we can only play one way. The predictable way.Good spot for United. Got dominated, held the tie and we are still due the Liverpool goalie mistake. Not sure why United aren´t playing more for crosses and deflections for corners. Don´t need possession against Pool (not that they had any), you need set pieces.
We could have the best striker in the world playing for us, but with LvG at the realm he'll somehow feck it up.Last thing Liverpool fans want to see is us buy in a proven, world class striker. When we did that we won the league by 11 points.
Our only "chance" has come from a solo effort from Martial, which says it all really.
In the space of a year, Van Gaal has somehow manged to make us much, much worse, in spite of spending a feckload of money. Poor results are one thing, but the complete lack of attacking football is just unacceptable for a club of our stature.
Other managers has figured out Van Gaal a long time ago, yet he does never change his approach. Feck the "we are not a sacking club" nonsense, what are we then? A club with no ambition? A club who accepts mediocrity?
How poor a team we have become, its painful to watch. We have gone alarmingly backwards. This is worst than what Moyes assembled.
Now that LVG is forced to abandoned his "Philosophy" and start playing more direct, we are truly fcuked as a team. Its just a joke. ..

I think LVG will revert back to Mode2*, after Mode1* was used against Newcastle.
*We have 2 modes: Mode1 is all out attack and no defence. Mode2 is total defence and no attack.
He couldn't outrun Toure I couldn't believe it! Lingard is out his depth to think some of the great players we used to have on the bench that couldn't get a game and Lingard is starting for us! How far we have fallen!
Ah I see, good point!Last thing Liverpool fans want to see is us buy in a proven, world class striker. When we did that we won the league by 11 points.
lingard is having a shocker isn't he?
Lingard is not a united player, the sooner this fact is acknowledged, the better. Sell him to a championship club
