Last season we played them off their park at Anfield, especially the first half.This is the lowest quality football match I've ever seen.Every time we go back to Blind or Smalling we allow them to setup and then we don't have the ability to break from the back. We need to counter quick on the turnovers, instead of restartingVan Gaal is just trying to make sure we don't lose. That'll be a win for him if he achieves it.
The way we're set up is useless for him, but when it's been right - he's great. He's busy and links well with good players. Plus he makes decent runs from deep and finishes his chances.
