It's a foul, even without de Gea I don't think van Dijk has the height to get to it, gets in to the body of de Gea, commits a foul. The ref shouldn't have even relied on VAR on that one.

His ball opened up Liverpool and very nearly led to the equaliser, took the whole defence out due to AWB's run and the delivery of the pass. Like many on the pitch he didn't front up in the first 15 but has improved.
