You should also realise when a player is playing his first match for a new club in a new league after coming off a long layoff he will make errors and he needs time to get match fitness and also to adapt to the new league therefore pointing out these errors as 'evidence' he isn't good enough is foolish.
There is an obvious argument for Valdes not having the skill set to perform to the required standard in the premier league therefore I can understand arguments made in the Valdes thread from his time at Barcelona but using his dropped catch earlier in this match to make other posters 'realise that we can't rely on him as number 1' really is pointless for the reasons mentioned in the above paragraph.Valdes clear MOM for us
