chasing his own shadow. did he dominate the midfield against a relegated side?
With forwards and fullbacks like ours you could have prime iniesta and xavi and we’d be the same.

All you lads thinking we sell him and replace him with another mctominay are in for a biiiiiiiiig shock next year. Enjoy!

It doesn't matter for top 4. But it could have. I think maybe the Glazers will sell in the summer. They won't have the appetite for the kind of investment required - the club is as valuable as it's ever going to be without massive investment.
Ironic that the man they thought was golddust is the man who has overseen all the decisions to put their investment under threat.

Think about how both systems work, unless the guy goes around screaming what he will do

Yeah, telegraphing makes more sense, I never quite understood the "telephoning" thing either tbf

We should repost those twitter posts of players showing their support of Ole for to get a job, whole thing is rigged.

It's ok lads, your salaries have been paid in.
Could you imagine how that would feel...the knowledge that this is actually happening as you trudge back to the coach after your shower, slip the headphones in, and chill out. £300k richer

Wtf was up with the pitch? Did they play rugby on it yesterday or something?

If we had owners that actually cared about the football side, a CEO that wasn’t fecking inept and a director of football overseeing a true vision for the club I wouldn’t be so concerned. But we don’t, and the majority of the responsibility is going to fall at the feet of a guy that was managing in the Norwegian league just a few months back.

It’s one feck up after another after another.

I desperately want Ole to succeed here and would gladly be proved wrong, but I don’t think I will be.

He’s out of his depth and this is now just as bad performance wise as any of his three predecessors.

Exactly what I mean though, the blame can't be laid at his feet if the structure is not there for him to succeed.

It's got nothing to do with appetite. All the money that we have invested is money the club has made. They've taken a billion out of the club and all we've spent hasn't come out of their pocket, not a single penny. The club keeps making those cnuts money, so why would they sell.

I think we'll drift into irrelevance in the next five years without serious restructuring and strategic investment. And that will mean the fan base will deteriorate , especially the international fans that are so numerous and lucrative, but rather easy to lose over the course of five years of sh#te.

So unless you're up for that as an owner, the club resale value will start dropping quite fast. If you only care about money, you'd want to sell now.

The 30 minute divas turn into 60 minute walkers!

What a mess, a mess that started away to the Scouses last season.

It’s now going to be a hard job putting a break on this rate of decline.
Truth. With the money that goes around these days we might never see the top again. It only takes one or two seasons of consolidation from Arsenal/Chelsea/Tottenham and we'll never see the top four again.

Pogba was far from the worst player today.

In fact, pogba was probably our best player today and unlucky not to have a goal.

who? not saying you are wrong but Juve are dominating a league that the Milan teams used to rule. they dominate because they dominant

Juventus has been dominating the league since the 30s. In fact they got 35 Serie A titles which is around one less to what Inter AND Milan had won COMBINED. AC Milan hasn't been a dominant force in the Serie A for quite a time now.

I've been following the Serie A since the good old times of Maradona, Baresi and co. I've never seen a Serie A so one sided as now. They can basically handle Juventus the Serie A title for the next 1-2 years as well.

We should repost those twitter posts of players showing their support of Ole for to get a job, whole thing is rigged.
Yeah but that was when he was their mate, since then he's probably upset a few of them by saying they're playing shite and need to leave at the end of the season.

I think they can milk the club for a while longer. But I agree that's where we're heading. I just think it will take longer.

If they'd be serious about making sure we don't crumble as a footballing club, they'd spend 300m of the club's money whilst getting rid of Ed and about 10 players.

That replay of Shaw's error. The leg flexibility of a bullock.

except, of course, that's not what I said

Your know you're in some deep shit when midfield is the biggest goal threat.

That's what I have been thinking all game, the front three has been useless for the entirety of the game, from start to finish. I'm not seven sure if playing with 8 players would have been an actual handicap.

selling Fellaini to score points at the fans. Then renewing Young and Jones contracts, I wish he leave and does not ruin his reputation in my eyes. I love Ole, but he is nowhere near the quality we need.

Easier to sell it to the Saudis then. The fans will moan for a while but ultimately they will be bought off by success.

I think it's just hit me, listening to Jamie Redknapp, that prospective new signings will have the option of working with Pep and Silva, Klopp and Salah, Zidane and Modric, Valverde and Messi, Allegri and Ronaldo... or Ole and Phil Jones.

I really, really hope Ole's a success, but it's a tough sell with no CL football isn't it.

Ironic that the man they thought was golddust is the man who has overseen all the decisions to put their investment under threat.

Because we're competing with clubs that want to win stuff, not just sneak into Europe Wenger style.

The players to remove for next season:
Pogba. (must sell ASAP, very bad influence in the team)
Rashford (rub some ointment on his head to make it goes back to teh original size)
    Jones (Get rid ASAP)
Young (Sell or play him in the reserves)
Shaw. (Buy or promote another left back to give him competition)
Matic. (Sell or convert him to center back)
    Martial (Sell ASAP)
    Smalling (Sell ASAP)
    Valencia (Retires)
De Gea (Sell to get some money for transfer if he doesn't sign contract)
Grant (Sell as United has more than enough goalkeeper.)
Mata (will be push around against robust team. Legs are old and tires easily)

Solskjaer should resign immediately as he won't be able to revive United if the rest of the previous managers cannot.

It has been quite bad for a while. The last 9/10 matches the attackers must have scored twice or something.

Honestly, for RM that pass from Pogba creates a goal because the players receiving control then finish it, and everyone says how brilliant Pogba is.

I agree. Throughout this bad period paul pogba is still comfortably our best player but is surrounded by poor players. As fans we expect pogba to be a world beater, he could be with quality around him. Yes he strolls about but thats his way, many excuse this for laziness but this is his style. Thats my take. We should keep and build around him.

This team is inspiring everyone around the world. If the likes of Phil Jones and Ashley Young can play for Manchester United, everyone can do the same.
Whoever used to play football in middle school can test their luck here. Do it, don't let your dreams be dreams.

That's my worry. That would be it for me.

I would hate it, but ultimately it would be hard to not follow the team. But I absolutely wouldn't give them a penny of my money.

Any success would be completely hollow. Like City's.
