Is this the start of a Mourinho meltdown? Poor results against Spurs and Chelsea and I can see him falling out with the dressing room.

We had good momentum going into the Pool game and this park the bus shite just drains the energy out of the team. I'd have rather attacked Liverpool and lost 1-0 on the counter if the team could carry the attacking form forward.

Mourinho wasn't expecting Huddersfield defensive setup with three midfielders, first time they did that, he got tactically outplayed by Wagner.

70 minutes played, mistakes that lead to goals aside what have we created? absolutely nothing. So much money spent on the manager's wishes and he is not at fault? And he had the gall to goad other managers when he's been crying about injuries just as much as the other managers.

Of course. The players on the pitch are responsible for this dross. He put out a team that could thrash Huddersfield. If players are unable to pass properly today or be offside always or make individual costly mistakes the Manager cannot be blamed. This is not an ultra defensive team. If he is to be blamed is the players he bought. Apart from Lindorf all had played well so far up to this game.

Lingard and Linderlof are probably not match fit,it is hard to come in for a game like this and be expected to be match fit, We haven't played well in the last few games so this is not totally unexpected,we've got to take this loss and move on and hope we win the Spurs Game.We are not ready to win the League yet just need to make sure we finish in the Top 3
Match fit? neither of them are coming back from injuries, Lindelof played just three days ago. Lingard too.

At least this proves Lukaku is not just s*it against the big teams, he's not so good against the crap ones too!

What do you expect of him? He hasnt gotten any service whatsoever today, cant think of any good pass he’s recieved. Cant play as a lone striker and expect him to do it all by himself, he needs a team around him, a team that cant seem to string 5 passes togheter atm

Huddersfield are so narrow and can afford to be. Nine of their players were within a 10m circle there. We have no width at all. Rashford is floating everywhere. Mkhi is narrow, Lingard too. Young is right footed but on the left. Valencia beats a man as often as Herrera scores. This is a proper humbling of tactics today, both of the manager, but also of the intelligence of our players, none of whom are seeking to use their intiative.

You think Jose is going to go more positive after this result??

It was the Liverpool performance that bred the lack of belief. Players ain't stupid, they know Jose doesn't trust in their ability to play football. That is insulting to them .They are now repaying his lack of belief, by not being able to play football.
    He sewed the seed.

Title winning teams don’t go to fecking Huddersfield Town and play like this.. don’t kid yourself people, we are in a battle for top 4, not the title. These past few performances leaves a lot to be asked of Jose in my opinion.
And people thought we were fantastic because we added to the score in the final 10 minutes against shit opposition.

I just feel sorry for the fans who truly believed we would win the league this season.

It only takes a space of a week and injuries to realise how shite we can become. We are nowhere near City and Spurs have been so good.

our first shot on target after 75 mins. We deserve to lose the game. We have done absolutely nothing to win it.

They've been utter gash and were gifted 2 goals. In no world do they deserve 3 points, I can't recall them having the ball in our box this half.
They were 2 nil up, do you expect them to attack us??

We wouldn't attack Liverpool when it was level!

Most likely. Sick of him already didn’t think I would be this early but he’s just so draining.

Matic sadly isnt the player the caf thinks he us, another non-easy game and he cant seem to show his good level. Very wasteful and poor decisions.

He's good at what he does, winning the ball back and keeping possession and progressing the ball forward in to space. When that space is gone, he's not so good. He's not an attacking midfielder and that's showing today as he can't find the incisive ball through congested areas and create, but that's not his game and frankly there should be more from the players ahead of him today in terms of fulfilling that role. Herrera for one needs to step up, whilst Mata was anonymous, so was Martial.

This. Everyone's just sitting in the middle every time Matic get's the ball, it's stupid.

Yeah blame it on dives and not the fact we are shit
What post did you read? My post literally commented on a dive and nothing else. Where did I say that "What a fecking dive no wonder we're losing" or something like that? Get off your high horse, mate.

Mhki done jack shit after coming on, couldve just as easily played without him

Basically a 70m failed Drogba. Christ. We could've gotten Griezmann for what he cost.:wenger:. Everton made a killing again off us after Fellaini

A little while ago I compared Herrera to being no better than Cleverly, it wasn't appreciated by many fans. I would like to come back on that comment and apologize to Cleverly.
