Feels like we're throwing Mainoo under the bus putting him in with McTom from the start. He's going to have to get on the ball a lot.
Sink or swim. Good luck, Mainoo
His injury record at Chelsea was poor as well. Another one made of glass like Martial.
Wasn't he injured quite a bit for Chelsea last season, so should we be that surprised? Seems like the wrong sort of injury can lead to issues in the future.
It’s more probable that Rashford, Bruno, Garnacho or even McTominay score a hat trick.
I'd say one next to McTominay is a better balance. Both Mainoo and Amrabat are roughly the same in how they like to play that position, style wise. McTominay provides more energy, strength, height/aerial power and a box threat... Mainoo next to Amrabat would both just try the same things in being the first player to pick the ball off the CB's.Maybe. I actually think he's not that bad. Him and Mainoo would be a good pairing.
"just play the kids"Mainoo, needs a good game , Amrabat on bench . Hugill on bench bloody hell Mount out .. long afternoon Mainoo hopeful doesn't freeze Goodison tough place for experienced players.. come on lads
It's easy to believe when you know everyone is injured and or shiteSorry but I can't believe this line up today. Absolutely devoid of talent and leaders. Gonna be a long afternoon
I remember when Fergie had a lot of injuries in central midfield, he sometimes found some creative solutions: for example Phil Neville or Rafael. It wasn't optimal, but it was after all players with experience.
I'm a bit nervous about Mainoo as he has no other defensive support in the midfield than McT.
Thinking the same. They showed TheFA what they think about their equal treatment.Fair play to Everton fans.
Any ideas on what the pink cards say?
