I hope he gets sold in January. We don't really need him and he doesn't really deliver for us (not at the price point). I imagine we simply were not able to unload him, for the price we wanted, in the summer. Given COVID is still around, may have to wait until summer for somebody to pay up. Lukaku is way bettervery good performance once we started to speed up moving teh ball - bar a couple of defensive switch offs. Bruno on fire, shaw playing really well.

In response I said we needed to have Fred and McTominay in midfield, stop playing so much out of the back and giving up opportunities for the press and go long into the channel more. So far everything I asked for has been delivered. The only black mark is the defending down our right side, which at times has only been marginally better than what we served up at Brighton. No sign that the players aren't playing for the manager. However, our defence has to stop forcing the forward players to dig out results. We can't keep having to score several times to be secure. If we could keep clean sheets we have enough firepower to rocket up the table.
