It isn't bad luck and it isn't a magic curse. The club lacks direction - there is no clarification of what the key pillars of the club are - style of football, transfer strategy, youth progression, coach and manager recruitment. It's all just call it as you see it crap from a guy with too much power who thinks he's playing Football Manager but understands feck all about the game.

When you don't have a clearly defined long term plan and are constantly just acting on whims and fancies, you can't be surprised when the majority of your decisions don't work out the way you want them to.

If Ole is the man, he has to be given at least one transfer window. But sadly this travesty is precisely why it was utterly stupid for Woodward to get so carried away and appoint him before the end of the season. Everything he does in terms of the football side of our club is ill-thought out and kneejerk.

He's right in a way. The owners and Ed have said it doesn't matter if nobody turns up at the ground, but if you don't buy the shirts, then the sponsors moan, sponsorship deals go down in value or disappear. It might affect the club, but most of all it will affect the owners.
