Saha couldn't have put it any better. It's worrisome watching this. What's going on? What are they regressing? Was it really just a new manager bounce? We know many of our players aren't top quality but they were putting in a shift when Ole first came in. At lease we're facing opponents that aren't superior on paper this time. Very disturbing indeed...

We sacked one of the best managers there is for this. Well done boys. Congratulations all those that turned on Jose and couldn't see what the problem is. Football fans are fecking thick bastards.
I mean if he was still here we’d probably be in a relegation fight right about now so I regret nothing when it comes to Jose.

If you couldn’t see how rubbish Jose was then that’s on you.

Will they feck. We’ve been so, so bad today. They just said we ran 4km less than Everton - we can’t be arsed. Where’s this goal coming from anwyay?
My fingers are crossed for a Rashford dive in the area getting us a penalty.

I think after the past few performances, United should sell De Gea to Real Madrid for a high price and bring back Dean Henderson. Play Romero as first choice and Dean as back up.

In terms of form, Martial has lost it and Sanchez should come on.
Mctominay for Fred, Sanchez for Martial, Lingard for Matic.

Play 5-2-1-2 - Lingard and Dalot as wing backs. Mctominay and Pogba as holding midfielders with Sanchez behind Lukaku and Rashford.

Lingard as Wing back, why?

Is that the worst half under Ole?
Shocking, no effort, no enthusiasm, playing like a team who are 'on the beach', Pogba is not seeing enough of the ball, Martial disappeared, De Gea should have done better for the 2nd goal, no cohesion, Everton want it more!! Disgraceful

Shocking. Struggling to think what to do.

Best i can come up with is Martial off and McT on pushing pogba further forward

Stats saying everton ran 4km more than us. That says a lot.

Not surprising. This is probably our laziest midfield setup of the season.

Normally Fred has McTominay playing next to him, or Matic has Ander next to him.

Instead its the decently hard working Fred with Pogba and Matic strolling about

He doesn't do enough, he isn't tracking back, he doesn't improve the players around him, he needs two holding midfielders behind him to be effective in a game, that 6 players defending, including a back 4, all stopped from getting forward just so he can do what he wants. That's a luxury player if ever I saw one and we can't afford to have him in the team.
    What bollocks.

Ya know what though, we all enjoyed the run and the psg result was magic. Most enjoyable couple months watching us in years.

I wonder how, with their recent performances, some of these players demand more money or dream of playing in big European teams? Come on! Show us why you deserve the money. There is still the second half to go. At least try to play like decent players like Wolves or Watford.

So many big names, so little substance.

How can Ed turn up every game and see what shambles squad he has assembled. Doesn't he know he is just not good enough.

He doesn't select the players we go after though. That's down to the management and recruitment team. He is responsible for employing the Managers though.

We don't need Ole to give this team a hairdryer treatment, just start handing out some brown envelopes with p45's in.

Yesterday I watched the Womens team run around on a scorching day and play the opposition off the pitch. Everyone contributed and everyone was a credit to the shirt.

These players don't deserve to wear the same shirt as Casey Stoney's team.

I agree I an not sure what Ole can do. The teams is rotten as you say, but the whole club is rotten starting at the top. I am not sure they will back him as he wants and needs. The decision to name him as manager early is a mistake. These players were playing to get him the job, now they are on easy street.

Solskjaer 3 year target should be nothing more than make us a consistent top 4 side. We are an absolute mess. Every facet of the club that we can see as fans is dated, rotten, half arsed rubbish.

    Sanchez for Martial
    McTominay for Matic
Tell Lukaku to stay in the fecking center or just swap him and Rashford and make Rashford stay central. Too many crosses with no one in the box because Lukaku keeps pulling out wide.

Do you really think Pogba was the biggest problem in that half?

I think the midfield was, yes. And hes part of it. A lack of intensity, commitment and ball winning because Matic and Pogba dont try very hard. And Fred made a few mistakes and isnt enough to do it all on his own

Take out fred, put mctominay and change to 4231 with pogba at 10. We will improve.

It was the new manager bounce. Our team really needs coaching.

Ole keeps picking the deadwood.... City's biggest game of the season picks an 18-year-old, Ole keeps telling us our kids are great but where are they?

That was representative of all the worst performances since Fergie left.

One player is injuring himself trying to keep us in the game while the rest strut around like peacocks.

    Shameful display.

We aint had a shot on target. You cant count rashfords pathetic free kick as a shot. Pickfords had nothing to do.
we onlyhad one in two games against barca and not many against west ham and ( I think) none the week before that

NOTHING is going to change in the second half...why?...one, tactics, two simply because our players are not good enough even if tactics were right.

Ole will have absolutely destroyed them in there. Any group of players would go out with an inferno in their belly...but we'll get disarmed within 3 minutes and script will follow the first half.

Don't even know if I watch 2nd half, this could be any score, city at home 0 pts Chelsea 0 . May get points off Cardiff, Huddersfield. 70 pts finish dreadfull.

Along with a half against Brighton and Newcastle under Mourinho, MK Dons under LVG, it's the worst I've seen us.

Not fair to throw the kids in this mess. 'Here you go kids, see that burning building over there? Well off you pop, run inside and have a good time'

I am starting to feel more and more sorry for Mourinho as well. And LVG. And Moyes. And every other poor coach/staff that has had to work with these players after SAF retired. Some of these players are a disgrace to the badge. O'well, at least it makes it easier for Ole to kick the players to the curb come summer.
I don't see why. All those managers bought players and those players were part of the problem too. You don't see how that contradicts what you're feeling?
