Seems like a lot of 'the lads' cannot be arsed. I've said Maguire is not our level but where is Sancho, Ranshford, Shaw?

We'll play ECL because of these clowns.
Shaw had the metal bolts in his legs removed so has been out for the last month or so. He perhaps could have been back for this one but his wife just gave birth.

Sancho has been out because of tonsillitis. He was back in training but didn't make it through the entire session yesterday (not sure if it's related to the tonsillitis or something else).

    No idea about Rashford.

Defo need a win here! We can not be in the confrence league next season, shouldn’t even be in the Europa but confrence is just embarrassing.

On the other hand elite athletes require to, ya know, breathe quite a lot. Problems in the throat and lungs tend to make that more difficult.
Maybe. It looked odd because I dont remember a lot of players having that. Sancho was ill even at the start of the season when he joined late.

That’s no excuse. Both trained Thursday. Garnacho has also been I’ll recently and he’s in the squad. They can’t be arsed.

Rashford must have some severe life threatening bronchitis to be out for almost three weeks. Just saying.

No Rashford, Lingard, Pogba, Bailly, Henderson or Varane. I don't buy they're all injured.

Anyone else think Ralf is excluding them from the squad to send us a message?

Why would you risk lingard scoring an own goal to put Hammers in Europa?

He was injured and doubtful, so much like Sancho is out completely. What’s happening with Ronaldo is more of a concern, no mention of him missing the game at all As far as I heard
Out with a hip flexor issue, confirmed in the press conference.

It's been known for 24 hours he is injured.

Rashford injured? or mentally unable to perform ?

I wonder if the two players who had the fight were dropped.

Our lineup looks like one a foreign coach of a midtable team at the end of a failed project might field.

    Relax. Brighton got this.
Well, isn't that pathetic. And this is not even the worst of this day - we're hoping the original Arab FC ruin the scousers's dreams for a quadrupple.

Agreed, and we did against Ajax but lost against Villarreal. We technically “should” have won that too but that type of arrogance won’t get us far. We aren’t owed anything cause our squad is worth more, every game we have to fight and prepare
Tbf villerreal ain't no mugs as shown in champions league this season, though that doesn't let ole off the hook from woeful in game management during that final last season

Lots of players out but considerign the millions spent and that we have a squad nearing 40, that is one piss poor looking starting eleven isnt it and even sadder many are regular first eleven players this calendar year.

Been waiting for this season to end for weeks and genuinely sad to say, I couldnt give a toss about this match and where we finish.

All I look forward is to seeing how Hannibal does on match of the day....and looks like he is starting on teh elft wing which wont really show us too much considering all of our options there

No pressure, Hannibal. Our Europa League aspirations are at your mercy.
