He has a free role in the corners. He doesn't mark anyone but instead goes for the ball, and usually he gets it. It is a tactic that has served us well and Fellaini usually defends a lot of corners this way, neutralizing their players. If he had to mark one of their players, then he wouldn't be able to defend these many corners.
