I'd say Greenwood's ankle isn't 100% I'm not slating him just he's looking hesitant and holding back a bit when moving usually he's bursting up the pitch

Our goal was bound to happen. We improved after the drink break and they looked to be struggling to contain us.

However at 1-0 it's still a nervous stuff. We need at least a second goal to be comfortable.

De Gea has discovered his gloves finally which is good for us.

We rode our luck in the first half. There could've been 2 potential penalties for them.
We look knackered and our energy is low.

I liked that the players didnt celebrate like crazy. Shows they not playing under pressure like us fans sitting at home and cheering.

Does anyone think United need to be more patient at times and keep the ball? play the killer ball when it's actually on?

Against teams like City when we are trying to play the killer ball all the times we won't see the ball again for 10 minutes.

Not playing well. Poor movement in attack and not too many combinations. Seen it before. Matic and Shaw are heavily missed. Even if I think both Mctominay and TFM is doing the job fine.
Great result though. De Gea also feel like he is going to save things even if all saves so far have been fairly easy.

Lucky to lead but much to ponder for Ole. McT, TFM and Greenwood could all make sense to sub off. Better tempo to our play in the last 15 minutes so hopefully we can do better in the second half. We need at least one more goal, I think, Zaha is a constant threat.

Maybe a bit lucky with that Lindelöf tackle in the box? Looked dubious from one angle.

We need another goal to settle the nerves and instil some confidence. This was a very average first half, the team still seems a bit shell-shocked from the draw again Soton. Playing quite slow unadventurous football and ball always at feet and in front of the defence.
