There is also a rail strike on Southern Rail which serves that entire area, meaning anyone who would normally be on a train is in a car. Can't imagine how congested the already rush hour choked roads are.

It's not Mourinho sees Bailly as the second best right fullback, he just wants to give him minutes on the pitch.

mmmm not sure about this. Rooney Ibra and Mata as others have said no pace. Lets hope the midfield and defence keep up their good work. As for the score think a draw. Wouldnt surprise me if it was 0-0. Just hope I'm wrong and we can snatch it.

I haven't seen the formation though, so I suspect Pogba will be out on the left? With Rooney in behind Ibrahimovic? If that's the case, will be interesting to see how he does, everytime I've seen him play further up (i.e. middle of the 3 in 4-2-3-1), I've not been overly impressed, I've found he is much more comfortable in the 2 (hardly surprising since he is a CDM mainly).

I'm happier with our supply from the wide areas now after that selection, Mata with the creativity and vision, Pogba with the flair and strength, with Blind backing up one side. I was concerned before with the loss of Valencia and Mkhitaryan.

I presume Martial is injured given he's not even a sub...I hope anyway, wouldn't do his morale any good if he was just suddenly shunned, seems unlikely to me though.

I think it will be the usual 4-1-4-1 with Rooney on the left.

People act like Rooney is slow. He's still fast, just not lightning fast. Also, Pogba is plenty quick coming through the middle. Control the ball, push high, pace isn't an issue.

That said, I don't know where we could inject any pace. Martial and Rashford are in awful form and Mkhi is injured. Maybe Ashley Young or Memphis?

I'm a bit concerned about Rooney. After a great performance against WH, he was quite average in his last game.

It seems to me like a classical difficult game against a deep side, first 15 will be important.

Bailly has pace. Pogba has pace. Mata has a decent bit of pace when he wants to. Herrera too.

The only players with pace that we could have played were Lingard and Rashford. In my opinion, Lingard hasn't really offered anything this season, he's not great in possession, yes he the occasional great strike, but he's just not consistent enough for me. Rashford has been off the boil, so it makes sense that he's not in the first team. I'd rather have reliability over out and out pace for an away game.
