Not really. I think every issue he has is mental. Doesnt track back, doesnt make the right choices or the ones that hurt teams enough, finishes in the wrong way like his left footed shot earlier and so on. Physically hes still fast and can run at players, but when you're running in field against a team with 9 players behind the ball its far too tight for Rashford. Thats mental.
