Player of the season by a mile... only Garno has come closeHardly vintage football but we're comfortable at least and on pace for the final.Good and comfortable half. It is against Championship side but still given our performances and injuries, I'm happy so far. Could've been 1-1 at 40th minute but fantastic interception by Dalot. He also got an assist so MotM for me so far.
On goals - poor from Coventry in both situations. Still happy for Maguire.
Feels like Maguire's goal killed the game but Coventry will surely go for it now so could be more interesting.
Rashford missed good chance and couldn't create so nothing unusual given his season.
I think it would've been better if we got City in 1/2 final draw, they'll be much better prepared for the final then they were yesterday.A few subs to give some players chance would be appreciated
Pundits are just famous faces to prevent you from leaving the tv during half time so commercials can be sold. Wright did his job there because you watched him.
If City'd been drawn against Coventry, we wouldn't have said it's still a challenging draw because Coventry are semifinalists after all. It's okay to say that Coventry are rubbish and our players need to remain professional.Coventry look a bit clumsy. Easy game so far. Get another early in second half and make them run around a lot. Both goals were well made, well taken.

Maybe he's lost weightRashford must have been doing something extraordinary to be selected for games after games. There were so many attacking balls given to him but he has been repeating the same useless tricks. I can't remember he beat 1 coventry player. He will dilly dally on the ball around the penalty box. He will either lose possesion or hit a low cross to no one. I trust that we have better youth or reserve players that can do the same or better at much lower cost. Is totally mind boggling.
With that said, 2 goals up is a nice result at half time.
I don't know if it'll work against better drilled teams, but then again I'm not sure if we'll have much of a choice given the injuries we have!

They aren't putting Utd under any pressure, just letting the midfield walk the ball forward to the area, and doing jack in possession. Such an unbelievably passive approach.

Based on what I've seen today, Luton are a better team. Comfortably. These looked like they were playing for penalties since kick off, have one or two who look pretty uncomfortable on the ball. Luton have been a bit more dangerous in the games I've seen of them than these, and have a lot of pace and power in their team. Chong alone was a nightmare against us, these don't have a player I've seen that's anywhere near his ability.Gotta love McTom and Slabhead!

I don't think they're that much less talented man-for-man, maybe apart from the likes of Barkley that Luton signed after promotion.
Coventry look so bad because they've sat back with 11 behind the ball. Even Newport looked better than this against us because they were more positive.
