Nah. Antony is a left footed right winger. Those are rare. Antony did quite well at Ajax and in the CL. Maybe not so much based on his stats but he did play well in the ETH system. Taking a chance and seeing if he could step up to the Premier League and Manchester United was not that strange of a decision.
Spending that much money on a player with potential to make up that step is stupid though. Basically paid the price of a final product on a potential player who did well for Ajax but didnt show superb potential.Another week, another instance of making shite look like world beaters.
