We need to start integrating Pellestri, Iqbal and Garnacho. We need their quality.

Harsh on Fred. Let's hope we get something out of this game to silent all the noises from the fkin fanbois.

That would be my side too. Eriksen ahead of Fred for the passing

Only mistake is Fred. I guess away from home he wants more control through keeping the ball but I would think would be hard if our midfield gets overrun.

    Thats a really ordinary side

I think their squad has been nothing special basically since their last title win 5 years ago, but people always tend to overrate them, especially at the start of every season.

Eriksen is a good shout, he was looking abit exhausted after all the games he was playing. Should be rested and fresh now.

A bit harsh for Fred but I'd trust ETH. He seems to really know what's he doing. Let's see how this go.

Tough match ahead tbh I'd be happy for a draw.

Habertz was just getting used to the league the his manager gets sacked. Not started much since potter came in

Easy 11/11. Predicting the result is a lot more difficult

Oh look ETH has restored Eriksen to the starting 11 as soon as he got fully fit and wasn't dissuaded by knee jerking and putting in Fred instead of the guy that has been reliable and better for him throughout the season so far. Who would have thought?

We haven't kept the ball with a MF 3 that has Bruno and Eriksen

Yup. Our lineup is very predictable with injuries and ditching Ronaldo from the squad. Not sure which United will turn up though. If the United from Spurs game turns up, we are winning this without much problems. Chelsea haven't been that great in their last couple of games and were saved by heroics from Kepa.

Eriksen as I expected. Chelsea’s best player not starting (Kovacic). Chelsea will try to hit us on counter?

Feel for Fred, but don't really blame Ten Hag since it's always a coin toss whether Fred has an 8/10 performance or a 3/10 performance.

Well, I've maintained my view for years, they've had some shocking transfer windows and I remember not being arsed at all when they signed the likes of Havertz, Ziyech, and Pulisic, etc. and everyone was hyping them up.

Funnily enough, this summer's window was actually pretty strong for them and they've made some great signings.

However, they've lost a lot of players too and are still far off of competing for the league, they are almost in the same position as they were under Tuchel imo. 200m+ investment just to maintain the quality of your squad.

Different situations warrant different uses of Fred v Eriksen. Today seems like one where Eriksen will come in more handy, especially given that Fred played at the midweek.
Or maybe it's simply because Eriksen is the better player and will get selected in crucial or big games whenever fit.

Every comment section is filled with Ronaldo fanboys "wanting us to lose", fecking modern football, supporting player over club, I hope they all feck off to wherever dive goes.

    Strong team.
It must be one of the weakest subs bench Utd have ever had in the PL

its official, Roy Keane is a sell out

We are about to get brought down to earth, aren't we? And it's not going to be pretty.

We don't have any U21 striker to put on the bench?

Possible but doubtful. I think ETH recognizes that he has to rotate due to world cup fixture congestion and sees Fred and Eriksen as appropriate in different situations, which is why we're likely going to see further rotation throughout the year.
