    Don't feel good myself about this one. We are run down/ injury crisis and generally out of form, Chelsea are in middle of a new manager bounce and generally what ole has done this year hasn't worked again big clubs. Hopefully we get a little bit of luck and some good opportunities on the break
     
    Chelsea looks really slow going forward. Thats a strange lineup to be honest

    From the start ? no.
    But he did feature as a out-and-out forward away to WH in the 2nd half.
     
    Pulisic and Werner coming off the bench gives us options later in the match however I’d rather having one of them on from the start.
     
    Rashford was shocking mid week when he came on. Hopefully he's better today
     
    Fairly pleased with the lineup. Happy that Scott is back in the middle. Hopefully the front three can make some runs in behind to give Bruno chances to get the ball through. Don’t want to see them receiving the ball with their backs to the opposition constantly. Oh and Giroud makes me nervous :nervous:
     
    Chelsea are to be feared, but so are United. Best bet is a draw, but with our pace up front I can see us grabbing the late match winner.
     
    Cavani obviously a big miss in a game like this, but McTominay is a massive boost. Fred and McT are our best midfield for big games.

    My only real disappointment with what Ole's done with the players he has available is bench Bailly. How much evidence do we need to see that his partnership with either of the others is better than the pair of them together?

    Otherwise a good team. Chelsea have the momentum but we're very much in this.

    Cross to giroud who will pull onto Lindelof, seems a pretty simple tactic! We need to make sure you can’t get into our box so easy.
     
    Not a fan with sticking with this back 5 (De Gea).

    If Chelsea are clued in and look for deep crosses to Giroud we will be in big trouble.

    Be on the look out for David sticking to his line
     
    They generally don't create a lot of chances, so in that respect I'm quietly confident we'll at least manage a draw.

    If we concede possession and play on the counter, I think we can come out clear winners. I think we're at most risk at trying to control the game.

    We're at that stage of the season where all that matters is the result. I'm not fussed if the performance isn't there.

    What works in our favour is that the away team wins when it's Ole vs Tuchel, so I hope that still holds true for today.
     
    No matter what team is picked there will always be moaners..
    I’d have preferred Bailly to play over Lindelof other than that cant argue with the first 11. Hopefully a good game and not a bore fest.

    Yea even under Ferguson we could not beat them at Stamford Bridge.
     
    Interesting that Chelsea have decided to match us up 4231 rather than sticking with the 352 that has worked so well for them

    That is what I am seeing also. Utd are going to allow us to play possession and try to hit on the counter. If we are walking the ball down, we need creativity over pace. We are not trying to hit people on the break, especially in the first half.
     
    What are the chances of it being a back 5?
