    Minus Rashford, Martial and Maguire that team resembles what we put out in the league a lot of last season. That midfield is much better than what we put out last season.

    You don't think he will get a rest over the international break? Max playing 1 game in nations league and maybe not that since Giroud is the favorite to start.
    Travel might be a problem though.

    Good to see James on right. Hopefully Mata will produce some good moments with VdB and can get people to score.
     
    Van de Beek makes that 2nd string midfield look pretty strong. A very good purchase, I'd say.
     
    I have to say ole is speaking really well in every interview. We are getting battered on the pitch if we are honest but he is very calm and positive
     
    Some of you are hilarious, we should have enough to beat Brighton. It's not like their playing their first team either. Boring or not, we just have to sacrifice entertainment for the energy drink cup.

    Just think we'll be overplaying him this season due to our shite options upfront, so no need to play him in any unnecessary games. Lets be honest, it'd be a blessing if we got knocked out tonight in some ways.

    Ole is doing the right thing here.

    If this lot can't win this, that is even more reason to preserve the first xi. This season is the most condensed ever.
     
    I'm surprised at no Lingard, seems to be out of favor lately with Ole.
     
    VDB must have been told to earn his place in the first XI. Don't see how he gets in there if Ole continues with a rigid 4-2-3-1.

    Maybe we will see Pogba, Bruno and VDB against Spurs. We may be better off playing a 4-1-3-2 with the current options.
     
    Brighton will surely be fired up for revenge following the daylight robbery that was Saturday afternoon

    He’s on the left :D. His stronger side, so should be interesting. If he performs well, questions may well be asked as to why he’s always been played on the right, when it’s often been touted as his weaker side.

    He might not be the best midfielder you’re going to see in a United shirt but he done a solid job last season. “Banter” player? what a wanky thing to say but I hear shite like that on here all the time so it’s nothing new.
