I play in an indoor tournament every November. The first year, I got a little too into it and dragged my knee across the turf lightly. Took almost five weeks for the scrape to heal, it's more like a burn than anything. Plus you have to dig the little rubber pellets out.

I played on the plastic at Loftus Road once many moons ago. the bounce was absolutely ridiculous. at times we might have been playing basketball! and scrapes up and down even with wearing trackie bottoms and padded shorts (playing in goal)

Don't be too sure. This AZ team can beat the best United line-up.I'm hoping we go with Greenwood on the right and James on the left with mata as a false 9 to take the pressure off Greenwood being the main striker and gomes playing as part of a 3 man midfield.
Why, because he's played there for Swansea, Greenwood is better suited playing on the right, and if Gomes is playing wide he's better on the left
