I'd have thought one of McTom would have come off. But seeing out this win was probably the most important thing today.
The Maguire injury didn't help, as he'd most likely have been rested Tuesday anyway, so we had to sub him instead of probably one of the mids.

Well Lindelof had a shocking day but at least it didn't cost us. Played quite well in periods but wish we could start the games better.

Between Martial and Greenwood improving we're ok. I'd rather sort out the right wing and work with what we have up top which is fine.

I think Greenwood is much better off the right than as a #9, I agree with him and Ole that it's becoming his best position. Martial needs a massive improvement after a very poor season.

Both those strikers mentioned had/have elite movement in the box. They’d push their nan out the way to score a goal.Thats more what I’m talking about. Strikers who are hungry for goals at all costs. Rather than looking pretty with flick around the corner with the false 9 nonsense.

Deserved 3pts, go again on Tuesday, at least 7 changes for that game, Bially in Tuenzabe in Telles and William's. Whole back line will be changed. VDB should start, Mata should start as well .

I happen to believe that Bailly is a better defender than Lindelof, but his biggest problem has been not being able to string more than a few games together, so every time he comes back into the team, he is a bit rusty.
I was surprised that he signed a new deal, as I think we'll be looking for a new CB in the summer, and would think that we would sell him, mainly due to his injury record.
No doubt you'll disagree, but that's what, to me, this forum is all about, discussing, and agreeing or otherwise, not posting stupid emojis.

I have no faith whatsoever in Lindelof as Maguires CB partner, as I've stated on numerous occasions, and I do think Bailly is our best CB, but being injury prone is his biggest problem. Tuanzebe is still an unknown really, as he hasn't had anywhere enough outings to determine whether he is good enough, or not.
