Not a pen for me, but it wasn’t a clear and obvious error, so VAR wouldn’t over rule.

Not sure what else the defender can do there!

I think that they gave us pen because defender made a tackle. If he was standing still then VAR would overturn that.

Looks like a pen from the ref's POV tbf. Think VAR should have overturned it but they're very fickle about overturning on-field decisions.
