Somewhere down the lane, a licky boom boom down
Good first 30 min and last 30 min from Young. Good game.
That's great, but it doesn't matter if it's accidental or not. How is this so difficult?
Told you.A good, offensive line-up.
3:0 or 3:1 win for United.
Fair enough - shouldn’t equate last man with clear goal scoring chance. But in terms of 50-50 calls - he could have easily interpreted it another way. In any case, feel we lion share of luck. Just a bit pissed at missing Pogba in the derby. Oh well."Last man" is not a thing. Was he denied a "clear goalscoring opportunity"? Perhaps but he was barely in their half.
Which is why De Gea should be MOTMArsenal have had 30shots with 14 on target.
He went studs up to reach for the ball, accidental is my biased conclusion.
What? That was a clear studs up challenge. No malice but a clear mistake from him as he went overboard. Not to mention irresponsible as well given we are chasing shadows and have city next.
I predicted 4 points from 9 so having 6 is already a bonus for me.
Wouldn't the time for the sending off have something to do with it?5 minutes from where exactly?
How is it so difficult to comprehend HE GOT THE BALL. Foot was on its way down AFTER he touched the ball...such a malicious and clumsy move on Pogba's part amirite?
Unique enough for you?Told you.
I don't either.I don’t.
"Last man" is not a thing. Was he denied a "clear goalscoring opportunity"? Perhaps but he was barely in their half.
Survived 2 pens but lost Pogba. Dunno whether to smile or cry.
No it isnt, but the meaning of it is clear. A quick, strong forward heading towards goals with no other player between him and the keeper. He might have been. That's not a rule though.
Wouldn't the time for the sending off have something to do with it?
I'll have to see it again, but I thought he mistimed the tackle and went in way too hard.It did look nasty, but he had no where else to go.
It doesn't matter if its accidental, not one bit. No different than if he went high and claimed accidental
@VancouverUtdFan I apologise about my earlier comment. Was extremely frustrated with Pogba’s stupidity and just lost it when I saw you defending him.
You piss off first then.Wow, who seriously even thinks that was a red. That's one of the most ridiculous decisions I've seen in a while. The Caf has turned into a shithouse full of idiots recently. Piss off.
The argument will rage on but as per the rules of the game that is a red irrespective on intent or what happened before it.
It doesn't matter. He put his studs on his leg and left them there. It's a red card. It might not be intentional, I'd like to think it wasn't, but it's a red. You can act as hysterical as you want about it, it doesn't change that. How is it so difficult to comprehend HE GOT THE BALL. Foot was on its way down AFTER he touched the ball...such a malicious and clumsy move on Pogba's part amirite?
Don't worry they won on expected goals.
Horror defending. Matic wasn't fantastic, our passing is ridiculously poor and Matic should be the one to calm things up, make good passes and keep possession and he failed in all those things. Number of times the midfield was overrun was unreal, we would get torn apart by city if this performance is praised and accepted as okay.Great away performance away at a 'top side'. No sign of the bus, some of the best attacking football on the break I've seen from a Mourinho team. Great commitment in the defending (particularly when we went down to ten) - world class goalkeeping. Red card disappointing (though justified), because I thought Pogba and Matic were fantastic once they figured out that one of them had to sit. Massive loss for the City game.
