    Pogba has been excellent - one of his best halves in a United shirt.
     
    I'm worried about my sanity. I could've sworn Matt Damon just told me to end the clean water crisis by drinking Stella.
     
    Happy enough with that, good controlled performance so far and got the away goal. Hopefully we can wrap this up tonight but I'd settle for this result before the match.
     
    Surprisingly simple half, Carrick and Pogba getting so much time in midfield. Put Shaw on and wrap this up, Darmian has been an attacking black hole yet again.
     
    A good half, probably the best 45mins away in the EL this season. We've totally dominated the game, Carrick and Pogba both having a great game so far. The trip behind Zlatan doing well and getting good passes between the lines from Pogba & Carrick.

    Rashford's work ethic must please Mourinho, superb defending, great runs forward, only the touch failing him. A well-taken shot for Micki's goal.
    Zlatan a bit off, but improved as the half went on.

    Another goal and we're on our way to the semis. Anderlecht almost on the ropes, so I'm positive that we'll kill the tie tonight.
     
    Absolutely deserve to lead.

    To summarize: Carrick and Pogba controlling the midfield, Lingard with some smart movement, Zlatan good in the build up, Rashford not lucky to score but very good offensively and defensively.

    More of the same in the second half.
     
    Anderlecht are awful, We should win this game comfortably. I think the referee has been brilliant so far.
     
    Played some nice football that half, great to be ahead. Hopefully we can manage a second goal and take it back to OT with a good advantage.
     
    Good half I thought. These type of away performances were praised under Fergie, yet we are being strung up in here. :confused:

    Yeah it might not be the CL, but we still have to approach this as we would any quarter final, I don't care if it is only Anderlecht, because we aren't exactly the European force we once was are we? The main thing was to get an away goal and not lose, so all good so for for me.

    What's impressed me is that we vary our play. Many times in games we just give it to Valencia to put a cross in. Vakencia has been a big part in stretching them.
     
    Swansea were pretty heavily linked with Kara Mbodji, looks like we might have missed out on a good player.
     
    Very competent ref tonight, makes a great difference from the tossers we have to endure weekly in the PL.

    You guys complained at Micky for half an hour before he scored.
    I bet that if he plays just as bad the second half, and we win 1-0, he'll be the highest rated player on here.

    He's being positive, he's took it upon himself to dictate play and that's when he plays best.
