Brentford Football Club (nicknamed The Bees) is a professional football club based in Brentford, West London, England. The club was founded in October 1889, as the local sportsmen's latest attempt to form a permanent football or rugby club in the town. By 1896, Brentford had joined the London League, progressing to the Southern League in 1898 and entering the Football League in 1920. Upon the appointment of Harry Curtis as manager in 1926 came the beginning of Brentford's most successful period, with promotions in 1933 and 1935 taking the club into the top-flight of English football for the first time in its history. Three consecutive top-six finishes in the First Division established Brentford as one of the top clubs in England, but a decline began in 1938 which led to the club's relegation back to the Third Division South by 1954.

Recently, after two failed playoff campaigns in six Championship seasons, Brentford were promoted into the Premier League after victory in the 2021 Championship play-off Final (reaching the highest level of the English football pyramid for the first time since the 1946–47 season). Brentford's main rivals are Fulham and Queens Park Rangers. The club have a long standing rivalry with Fulham. In the past this fixture has been marred by crowd violence. Brentford's rivalry with Queens Park Rangers intensified in 1967, when Rangers failed in an attempted takeover of the Bees, a move which, had it succeeded, would have seen Rangers move into Griffin Park and Brentford quit the Football League. Brentford play their home games at the Brentford Community Stadium.

Maguire and Ronny should be straight back in. You can't concede 2 goals away from home and let them weak soft cnuts play again. Changes needed.

even first half last 15 minutes against Villa we let them dominate and have too many chances

also let Donny start please! Matic is knackered and so is Cavani who was so poor today like Roy Keane said.. if that was Ronny he'd be getting pelters!

Selfish Greenwood needs dropping too. Too many shots and too greedy.

Brentford 3-2 United. These guys are no joke. Very well organized team

The only way we can control the game is by having 5 midfielders. The quality isn't there in the middle, play 4-5-1.

I want to see the diamond with Bruno as a 10/ false 9.

Who plays CM in the under 23’s? Just chuck them in, sink or swim.

They'll out work us and probably get a lot of joy.

Our hope for this game is to take our chances when we get them and do a better job of holding out.

People still putting VdB in their starting XI

I've been looking for any positive takeaway in the last 3 games, but there just isn't. Brentford are solid. We probably lose 3:0 or something.

Not being facetious, but does anyone really care anymore?

If we lose this, do questions start getting asked about Rangnick or do we just get to the end of the season by hook or by crook?

Would like to see the same team again next match but with Ronaldo for Cavani. Highly doubtful as I’d expect Rashford and Maguire to be back now especially as we didn’t win tonight.

Think we will get a draw at best…actually I don’t care at this point. Season could end tomorrow and I’d be over the moon.

The people who are saying they couldn't give a crap...well feck off please.

Even if I am trying to not give a feck, I fail. Looking forward for three points and close some gap, still believe we can get fourth.
    Or trying to believe.

Learn to support your club, you precious little divas.

If you don’t care, why bother posting about it?

those that dont care, one question, Why are you here ?
If you dont support the team thought the bad , you have no right to when its good.
So we dropped points at Villa, its not the first time we have dropped silly points and it wont be the last.
Yes our football is pissing me off, right now.

Under Ralf we win ever other game, so looking forward to sleepwalking our way to three points here.

All the glory hunting part time supporters who post they don’t care should go support city or any other team who happens to be top.
Embarrassing section of the fan base. Admin need to ban these plastic fans.

just realised 3 posts of the don’t care mob are Ayoba repeat posting his negativity. Just delete you membership and do one. Be less stressful for you.

Think that's a lot to do with emotions taking over. Deep down, I thinnk they do care and you can bet your bottom dollar that they'll be watching every game. If not, as you said, they can feck off.

We will take them apart. We have begun to lolk like a team.

Just watching a bit of the Brentford game against the scousers, I hope Brentford defend like that against us on Wednesday.

Liverpool's 3rd goal is a perfect example of why I prefer the old school of defending, namely hoofing the ball towards the half way line as opposed to the modern day version of pissing about with the ball making pretty passes 18 yards from your own goal & inviting the opposition on to you to score easy goals like that.
