Wayne Rooney tops Worlds Ugliest Footballers poll

London, Jan 22 (ANI): England and Manchester United player Wayne Rooney has topped a poll for the Worlds Ugliest Footballers.

The 22-year-old was put to the test in a poll of women by www.thepeoplesclub.com, and 33 percent took him to the top spot on a list he might not like to be.

Coming in at second spot was Brazil and Barcelona striker Ronaldinho.

Following the bucktoothed star in third place was another Manchester United player, Argentinean Carlos Treves.

England and Liverpool striker Peter Crouch and Brazil and AC Milan striker Ronaldo rounded off the top five, coming in fourth and fifth place respectively.

Good that they don´t forget on Chadwick, in terms of quality he really fits on that list.

Ronaldinho isn't ugly either, accprding a lot of girls I know. He looks very odd, but his personality makes him hot.
 
I bet they've all banjo'd loads of stunners ,ten times more than me and I look like Adonis ,money talks !(and removes g-strings easier)

Its not a beauty contest, and I bet the people who organised it and took part in it are just trying to make themselves feel better because nobody loves them.
 
I find it funny that any list being compiled will be regarded as biased, ABU etc. by some of United fans. This list is only matter for gay people.
 
how is kuyt not in there, ribery is no different to tevez really, both have facial scars. the list is rubbish.

I don't find Roo that ugly, tbh.

He looks bullish but then he has those blue eyes that sort of surprise ya.

I suppose it is the bias speaking.. the same sort of bias that makes the girl you're in love with the prettiest one of the lot :P We generally think of our players as the best of the lot :P
 
I think its because of the exposure of Manchester United that so many of our players (and former players) top the poll. They should have looked harder because Ribery for starters should be right up there.
 
Irrelevant, there are more relevant things about Roo such as his football, cash and the fact that he shags Colleen, a girl that the author of that report can't even begin to dream about.
 
I actually don't think Rooney is that ugly, he's just an easy target, so when people are asked, they say Rooney because he is the first name that comes to mind.

I can't actually believe I'm discussing the looks of a footballer, what is the world coming to ?!
