UEFA Champions League Round of 16 - 4/3/25 - 12/3/25

Long (channel) balls have been Liverpool's greatest weapon since under Klopp.

Just have aggressive, counter pressing pace merchants on the wings and it's an easy outlet and progression up the pitch every time.

8 out of our starting XI tonight have had multiple games absences due to injury this season I believe. Only Salah, Van Dijk and Gravenberch haven’t. Not sure on Mac Allister.
That may well be but in almost all of the big matches I've seen Liverpool play not one of them could you say they were injury hit

Studs showing, knee height on that ghost tackle from Trent - straight red imo!

What’s the deal with Liverpool fans following along with the CL game whilst posting on a UTD forum? Not having a go, just trying to make sense of that?

Now it's 5 with 20 to go, which makes me extra right :p
Happy for Kompany, would’ve been under scrutiny if Leverkusen put you out here I guess even if he wins the Bundesliga. Two wins against Leverkusen gives some nice breathing room after the previous three games against them this season.

What’s the deal of a shitload of United fans watching a European game of their arch rival on their free night? ;)

Apparently, this forum is the bees knees and all that and is a safe haven for all football fans. I don't buy it, it's just weird.

Closet United fans.

As crazy as the ‘Caf can be sometimes it’s probably one of the most sensible forums out there.

Would've rather we got Joao Neves instead of Yoro if it meant we got only one Jorge Mendes gem for the summer. What a CM he is.

It's fine, can't blame you after your recent experience against a top team like Bochum.
That was a psychological master class. Losing against our friends from Bochum helped them in their relegation fight and gave Leverkusen another sucker punch as they rue their loss against Bremen even more.

Any normal side you’d think it wasn’t their night, but we all know how this one is ending
