It's not a rage post. I don't know why it's seen as sacrilege to state such obvious facts. We constantly start 6 defensive players out of 10 outfield players. Of course we struggle to create or score.
But that 7th defensive player… that would make this system click at long last.

The twist of the knee was horrendous. 9-12 months I would think before Licha returns to full fitness.

Again, because he goes for everything, and he is good at it, but it does mean there are going to be plenty of times he gets beat and the opposition are in on the CB's. As with anything it will require a careful balance of the midfield to counter that weakness while also getting the most out of his strengths.

Don't think anyone believes Bruno is a long term CM, but we do need his progressive passing with this group.

And we need Ugarte's tackling. Every ball winning midfielder is going to get it wrong at times and leave gaps. But thats the job and its on your teammates to make up for the other areas, while its your job to win the ball and alleviate that from their duties. Thats why Bruno can play CM

It’s the truth, though. We create next to nothing with Mazraoui and Dalot as wing-backs, yet Amorim stubbornly persists with them. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially considering how much we already struggle to score goals.

If you think he wants to play two fullbacks as wing backs...

I don't want Amorim sacked obviously. I would give him a pre season and some signings to rebuild this shower of shite team built by EtH but he has to be called out for this brutal home run.

Palace have deserved the win, there is no disguising it. We are a shambles of a team, with no attacking output, players that cannot pass, lacking any physicality.

We cannot buy ourselves out of trouble, these players are all we have so finishing 14/15th is going to be the norm. We might,if we get lucky with draws, do something in cups but as a PL force we are not going to bother the top half. That realisation sunk in a while ago.

I just can’t with this club anymore.

It’s been over a decade of this shit.

Really not looking good for Licha.

We have to accept that we are just a really poor side.

The relatively “easy run” of fixtures is coming to an end… and we go and lose Licha.
    Tougher games are coming.

Do you reckon if he posts it another 50 times in this matchthread Amorim will read it and change it?

It is a matchday thread, and he’s free to post whatever he wants. We’re losing 1-0 to Palace, and you just know Amorim will come out after the match and say we’re not good enough—as if he isn’t the one making these decisions.

How bad is this man? It's taking forever

Truth be told. Amorim has been awful. I was expecting us to have bad days but this is much worse than I could have imagined.
And his replacement will be awful, and that guy's replacement will be awful, and so on. It's clear by now that this is an unmanagable club with huge problems that make it impossible for everyone.
