Anyone have a couple sat next to each other for the Brighton game 19th Jan? Happy to pay whatever and make everything as easy as possible with tickets etc. have an old friend I met in Thailand coming from Dublin for the first time so want to treat him. Will make everything as easy as possible etc.. thanks

Finally got an away ticket after 30 something rejections! Shame it’s probably one of the worst London Aways to go.
 
Just got the results of the Arsenal away ballot, not sure why they are being allowed to get away with giving us a reduced allocation?

"We are aware that the allocation for this game is less than the 15% we are entitled to and are continuing discussions to try and obtain the full allocation for our fans."
 
Long shot, but does anyone have a Liverpool away single that they would swap for an Arsenal FA Cup away single?

How bizarre. They shouldn't be allowed to pick and choose. Something says someone somewhere at Arsenal has made an error and they don't know how to correct it yet.

I have this silly idea to come to Manchester for a birthday trip to see Southampton game. Thing is, a flight I would be on lands at 6:05 pm, and the game kicks off at 8 pm - I would need to still drop my bags at the hotel before traveling to OT (preferably a walk down the canals).

Would I get there in time for the game? Presuming I'd book a hotel near Piccadilly and there would be no delays so I'd be able to leave the airport at about 6:30 to 6:45 pm. I've been in Manchester a dozen times but always arrived a day or two before game.

I doubt you'd be able to get from the airport, to hotel and then the ground within that time frame.

United have a bag drop facility close to the ground. Think they charge £5.

I thought so... the train is about 20 minutes if I remember correctly but then you need 30 mins to get out of the airport (including passport control), probably 10 minutes to get checked in at the hotel and by that time it's probably already past 7 pm, not accounting for the fact that your train may not depart exactly when you need it to etc.

Unless I went straight from the airport to around the stadium and booked a hotel in that area I guess.
 
Just wondering… has anyone with a ticket for Arsenal away this weekend received it in the post yet? Still waiting on mine, as are my mates.
