I've had problems doing it via web browser but always works on mobileI'm trying to forward a ticket for Everton to a mate, but the 'Forward' button seems to be greyed out for me on the website. Is there an issue, or will the forwarding option only become available closer to the game?
I have forwarded a ticket once or twice before, but not this season. I haven't had this problem previously.

I’ve just tried as a test and the button is greyed out and it says something like ‘You can only forward tickets on behalf of someone who you have a strong relationship with’.
My understanding was that we are still supposed to be able to forward tickets to other members

We can still use the digital ticket from website for Liverpool but think tickets in the App is the plan from next season. Yes, we’ve both got it too. Both mine and my son’s tickets are showing in mine and he has both of our tickets in his too. Not sure if it’s because both are paid by the same credit card."My Tickets" has just appeared in my app and the Liverpool ticket is there. Hopefully it's there for everyone now.
