Premier League Festive Season (Gameweek 18-20)

How on earth it takes this long is anyone's guess. That's clear as you like

What the feck is Kulusevski even doing?

So what happens if you score but after VAR rules a penalty just before it? Do you get 2 goals?

The way Spurs are playing, we have a better chance of catching them than Villa..
If they lose this, we'll be 5(+1) points behind them.. 2 wins.

Possibly the extra time was considering whether it should be a red card. Of course, if they shared the sound we’d have an idea what was going on.

I like how the on-field ref was instructed to stop the game, despite VAR not being ready to send him to the monitor, so we were left watching the ref stand around with a finger to his ear for 30 seconds. Flawless execution of using technology in football. They said it couldn't be done.

Oof almost 3-0

Spurs somehow scraped a win against Everton but they deserved to lose that one as well.

Maybe they'd been yelling at him to stop the game and head to the monitor for ages. Don't blame VAR, blame the poundshop earpieces!

How was that not a pass back?

It clearly was. I think referees just hate giving them because indirect free kicks in the box are too much fun. Bastards.
Edit: maybe not, on replay. But I stand by the claim that refs are actively denying us fun.

Every time I watch Spurs I'm not particularly impressed by Ange-ball. He's basically last year's ETH in the eyes of the media.

Spurs both centre backs are out so he plays a left back and right back at centre back and leaves Dier on the bench.

It’s taken Spurs a while for a manager to realise how tragic Eric Dier is.

Spurs need a really good January transfer window.

Ten Hag is the opposite of Postecoglu. His football is absolutely dire.
