Premier League Gameweek 24

I think Klopp should have quit Liverpool after winning the PL. It was the ultimate way to end his Liverpool tenure on a high. A CL in 2019, and a PL in 2020. He won the 2 biggest trophies with them.

Loss of intensity and intrinsic motivation was to be expected this season.
Imagine if Fergie quit in ‘93 though. Or after the treble. The real challenge is whether he can get them up for another one. Like Fergie did.

Then whether he can dismantle that side and do it again 8 years later, like Fergie did. Easy to say he should’ve quit in hindsight but if you want to be mentioned among the best, you have to do it again and again. I think that’s what he wants.

Did commentators always preface us with ‘The Champions’ every time they mentioned us in games after we had won the title?

That dive from Mane

Clutching his knee... replay shows no contact
That was absolutely pathetic!

Ive also noticed that Leicester have had a couple of calls go against them when the ball goes out off a Liverpool player. Yet they don’t get anything apparently.

TAA leaves crosses go into the box far too easy , it’s as if he wants them to go in

Maddison not having a good game thus far. Cannot seem to control the ball today. Mind you, there's a few Leicester players playing way below their usual standard today.
