I couldn't find his thread. Maybe I've got the OP on ignore or something. In my opinion he's looking like the best defensive talent at the club. Did this in training today.

This guy is a back page headliners wet dream.

A must have.

While we're on the subject, I never understood the morbid fascination with fishing. Watching paint dry is more fun.

He captained the U16 before his promotion to the U18s, he was one of the more highly regarded players of his age group. Last season he was already getting games for the U23s and looked very impressive despite only being 16/17. He's immensely composed and his timing and anticipation are top notch, he's slotted in seamlessly at U23 level. The phrase "Rolls Royce" of a player gets thrown about a lot for young defenders but Fish is looking to be the real deal. I rate him slightly higher than Mengi, personally. He was looking to be developing an excellent partnership with Di'Shon Bernard but unfortunately Bernard went out on loan. Below was his debut for the U23s at 16.

Looks a real prospect, can't wait til we make him offishally ours.

Fish Mengi sounds like some sort of Mancunian seafood delicacy and that could realistically be our future cb partnership.

The reaction of the coaches below is priceless

The celebrations!

Reminds me of Pique when he played for the U23’s. No pressure lad!

I suppose it's better than him being willing to suck dick for water.

You did see the covering tackle on the LB? Looks slower due to the stride on him. Faster than either of our first choice CBs

I remember his name being talked up a couple of years ago on here saying he's a great talent. I watched the FA Youth Cup vs Chelsea and he did very well, I was impressed.

Steam, Fish!

I’ll get my coat.
