If the government decides to implement a ban on all over 70's attending football matches because of CV-19, then at 78 would SAF also be banned... unbelievable?
Also what would be the effect on the singing section, would it be " this is a library"?

It's a clickbait title but it's true yeah if this ban does indeed happen. More likely no one can attend than this over 70s ban happening though.

A) not happening - games to be played behind closed doors rather than an age restriction (easier to sort out)
B) hypothetically, it would be for their own safety anyway and ultimately for the best
C) click-baity as feck this thread

What a shit idea. In order for that to work senior citizens will need to be completely isolated from the rest of the population.

I can see clubs/owners kicking off due to loss of revenue there.

“You won’t believe what the govt are doing to SAF at OT! Number 6 is crazy!!!” Would have been an even better title

This would also prevent Roy Hodgson from being able to manage his own team.:nervous:

SAF is already banned from Italian football stadiums.

Our youth players will be banned soon since children are also at high risk of contracting the virus. Heaven knows the impact that will have on young Jesse Lingard's progression.

This one genuinely had me laugh out loud.

You don't get money off this. Why the clickbait?
Dermatologists hate this guy!

Better that than catching it and fecking dying.

"we have hand-washes everywhere and players are no longer shaking hands or hugging each other."

That is just nonsense. After the match against Watford, they were all shaking hands and hugging. Only thing that has changed is pre-match when they walk past the other team, but it is pretty pointless when they all still hug and shake hands after the game is over, or before kick-off starts in the tunnel.

Plus I'm moving this to the Football Forum.

amusing but factually inaccurate. Young Kids are much less likely to suffer severe symptoms. So Jesse will be ok!

Just picturing Roy in a hazmat suit prowling the sidelines arguing with the fourth official who can’t hear him.

People saying this is clickbait but where the feck have you lot been for the last few weeks?

The Serie A has banned EVERYONE from their stadiums. Not just people over 70.

As of today, they have locked down the entire Northern Italy, including Milan and Venice. Thats right. Its the same type of lockdown you saw in Hubei and China.

There is absolute chaos in the Serie A today. Teams didn't know whether to proceed or stay in the dressing room.

Its inevitable that the league will be suspended for some time. The only question now, is whether Germany and France will suffer the same fate. If they do, how long before the UK is affected? Its probably already too late.

Also, they should just forbid tackling, any body contact, corners, set pieces, pressing and throw ins (unless in gloves) to make sure it doesn't spread on the pitch.

It was clickbait as the title originally said 'Sir Alex could be banned from OT' and was in the United forum, making it sound like the club was going to ban him from Old Trafford for some reason.

They didn't think it through at all, which is no surprise

Would be better if they are banned from elections.
