Let's put it another way. Did you expect us to win today? It's a point. Should we be celebrating home draws now?
We halted LFC's winning streak, which is a positive.
Many teams have lost to LFC, we didn't - a positive.
The players did well today - another positive.
Not much else to say.
Lucky draw .We should be grateful to the ref for allowing our goal to stand.
Really proud of the team today. They played their guts out. Great intensity for most of the match but just ran out of legs in the end. Thought Ole got it right for most of the match except I would of taken Pereira off ten minutes earlier he just hasn't got 90 in him. If we can get over this injury crisis I am confident the only way is up.
I didn't have a problem with the set up. I had a problem with the change in mentality in the second half. The same set of players were pressing as a team and playing with intent, albeit not always successfully, in the first half. But in the second, Rashford and James began their usual chasing after lost causes and the team just sat back and did not even try to exploit the spaces that their full-backs were offering. Down to Ole's usual negative tactics. How would you have set up today?

Feck me, this is what cringes my nerves, we are not a freaking relegation zone team. Ole has us playing like that but that doesn’t mean our expectations should lower to that standard. Were 2 points or something above the relegation zone playing the league leaders going for a record series of wins. So yes, this warrants celebrating tbh.
And created feck all.Lucky draw, even though they scored late?
It really isn't a foul. Touching a player doesn't constitute a foul. The contact isn't nearly significant enough to effect him, other than for him to decide to dive because he had already lost possession of the ball.
Young and Rojo.We looked good value for the 3pts. Liverpool really looked out of ideas, few sniffs here but their back four had the ball more than any other player.
Goal was down the other end and not seen the replay, who was at fault?
Yes thank you - finally some sense. We didn't change tactics to sitting back we were still trying to get forward - until the sixtieth minute it was clear we were chasing a second goal and throughout the entire period we looked dangerous when we managed to get forward. Liverpool just upped their game is all - and to be honest we looked both solid and optimistic in our play considering the pressure we endured. The result was fair - but it could just as easily have been a win.

I mean, you're entitled to your opinion and all, but I think you need to watch the replay again, because you're seeing someone entirely different to what happened.I disagree, it wasn't just a touch, it looked a fairly painful whack below the knee. The only argument I think you could make is that his touch was poor and he was already getting robbed of the ball by McTominay but I would have been really angry if that had been United on the receiving end of that. I thought the ref gave us quite a lot today which is a change from usual.
Football is absolutely fine for me, thanks for your honesty crap opinion on that matter though.Just move on, if you can't take any satisfaction from today in the context of our season, maybe football isn't for you.
Just of clarify, you're comparing our attack with Liverpool's, right?Deluded.
Watch us break down teams in the coming weeks with our sole attacking tactic - waiting for the other team to offer us spaces.
We could lose the next few matches but it doesn't mean that we didn't get it right tactically today.Deluded.

Did you not see how many times Liverpool kicked it into touch or to nowhere when under pressure?Sending out James and Rashford to press like headless chickens - when the rest of the team is backing off - is exactly the problem. It's not called a tactical plan. How many times did their back line experience any real pressure in the game? It IS amateur level tactics.
You are conveniently not mentioning that there was another team in the ground. A team who has won all of its last games, chasing a record.I didn't have a problem with the set up. Decent result but disappointing in the end. I don't understand why we're incapable of playing for 90 minutes.
I's hard to know how to feel, the energy and effort was there and the switch to 3-5-2 worked well, we still didn't create a lot but it was an improvement in the general play with all the players looking comfortable in the system.
It seems crazy but the draw feels like a loss as we retreated in the last 20 minutes or so and looked nervy, I think we badly needed the 3 points to boost the confidence.
I don't think we'll really know if anything has really changed until after the next two games, have we turned a corner? Or did we basically do what small teams do and lift their game when the top sides come to town, especially for a derby?
The Ole fanboys are back in force after a lucky draw at Old fecking Trafford.I dare you to find a top team statistic that haves 25% possession at home after going up in the scoreline.
You make it sound as if what we saw was a normal game development. He sat back like scared boys, one thing is to set up to counterattack like we did on the first half and another thing is to shit your pants and park the bus like we did on second half.
