Thomas Meunier is the ideal right back signing. Plus he is a Manchester United fan so will put maximum effort in. Wish we would stop fecking wasting time and just get it done.

. If Everton sign him, we need new scouts as well as a director of football if that happens . Don't want us to sign Wan Bissaka as I like Diogo Dalot and a older right back would made much more sense. Wan Bissaka would block Dalots development. Which made the signing of Meunier perfect.I seriously don't get us. We are in need of a right back desperately as Ashley Young is simply crap. Yet we get a left winger first which is a position we are well stocked in. feck the left winger for the moment.
The order in which we sign players isn't always going to line up with the order of our priorities. A championship player with a year left on his contract should be a fairly straight forward deal to complete while multi-million deals for top division players on longer contracts are not. Not hard to see why he might be our first signing.

Its not horseshit based on that info. The ITK has said we are in for Munier but as a backup option to AWB.
Munier is aware and his backup is Everton who he has already agreed terms with

Well, no. Not exactly. That ITK said Everton are in talks with him (pretty advanced too) but Meunier prefers us and is waiting for us to make a decision. Has given us two weeks to do so. Our preferred target seems to be Wan-Bissaka but if he doesn't want to come or the price is too high we will move on to Meunier instead.

Why do think Mark Goldbridge has any sources ITK? The guy has a youtube channel trying to make money off views and likes, he knows as much as you and me.
I wasn't talking about him being ITK, rather saying his info doesn't discredit the Reddit ITK.
And I am aware the reddit ITK could also be full of shit, but the post was using one set of information to discredit another and I simply pointed out the flaw.
My problem with signing Aaron Wan Bissika is he is 21 years old and we already have a very promising 19 year old right back in Diogo Dalot. I really like Diogo Dalot so don't want his development to get ruined. Makes no sense having 2 right backs under the age of 23. That's why I prefer Muenier.
Well this backs up the Reddit source on twitter that this is a ploy for Sancho ?
He did say this would start happening from around today, didn't he. He named another player too, but I forget who.

Possibly. It is a strange ploy though if trying to save money on Sancho by leaking we will spend more on Greizmann.
They are probably talking about spoofex who recently claimed that United would be linked to Griezmann and Bale as part of some plan by Woodward to induce Dortmund to lower their asking price for Sancho. (No I don't know how this is supposed to work either).
However spoofex constantly changes his stories in response to whatever the latest rumours are. Literally the day before he claimed the above his story was that the Sancho deal was 'dead' and that United were signing one of Griezmann, Bale or Pepe.
A lot of chatter from Reddit ITKs (Spoofex and 2 others he has 'verified') that Ajax have accepted our offer for De Ligt and contract negotiations are 'close'.
