I'm full of preseason Broncos hype.
Is Broncos O-line any good this year?

Why don't you just pay the guy? I would think it would even be better to sign him up before Donald signs his new contract because Mack will be looking for similar money and Donald's contract will be the best paid non-QB contract in the league, I think.

Raiders are looking for at least 2 first round picks for Mack, which they won't get imo.
Raiders whole offseason has been wierd, i dont have a good feeling about Gruden and he seems to be making power plays against Reggie constantly.

Cowboys are in for a long ass season.

Offensive line is where we'll suffer big time. Don't see us winning any more than 4 or 5 games.

Donald got paid! Hopefully that means that Mack and the Raiders will start talking... although those sorts of numbers may well be beyond the Raiders reach
I’ve read in quite a few forums that the Raiders might be short on money. Not cap space, but actually money. While I find it hard to believe, that that’s even possible for an NFL franchise, their stadium rarely looks full and it’s often being said, that they don’t make much revenue. Maybe there is some truth to those rumors. After all, they just handed out loads of cash to Carr and Gruden and are building a new stadium.

Looks like the DL might actually get some sacks and QB pressures this year which is good as the secondary is still garbage.

Aye, it's such a shame that when we finally have our pass rush sorted our OL has gone to shit.

Yeah definitely being pushed out - it looks like we have a few good defensive Rookies though.

Assume you are a fellow Raider btw?
Yes. Long suffering...

The defensive rookies we've added look really good, and it seems we've hit on a proper tank in Chris Warren. Bloke is the size of a linebacker. Still not sure on the changes in the OL.

Will the pats kick the tyres on Braxton Miller. They'll surely add something at receiver. I was hoping a trade where WR depth is deep such as Sanu with Falcons.

I have heard that before, dont think Mark Davis has much personal wealth outside of his Raiders ownership.

Raiders finalizing a trade - Khalil Mack will go to the Bears

If he’s actually costing more than two first rounders and is supposed to make more money than Donald, I’m glad we pulled out. Even though I’d have loved to have him.

Don’t get the Bears. It’s not like they have picks to spare or a roster close to being a contender.

Apparently two first rounders and a player. That’s quite a bit.

All or nothing play.

Makes the division interesting...but it's still between the Vikings vs Packers.

Think Vikings have the edge given Packers O-Line problems.

Mack was good, but Raiders D was very average. They have lot more holes to fix to afford Mack.

Agreed....and knowing Gruden he is looking at building something big over the next couple of years so the draft picks and cap space will come in handy. Plus he has obviously also made the calculation that he has the players he needs to get the job done this year.

The Vikings cut Robison and Newman retired, he is joining the coaching staff.

Can anyone explain to me why Paxton Lynch has made the roster?

I'm going to guess:

- He went 14/15 and 2 TDs on Thursday night against the Cardinals
- Knows the offense
- Elway thinks he can make it as a backup or third stringer
- Not enough time to sign a cheap vet who can pick up the offense in time

I'd have much rather gone with 2 QBs on the roster and kept someone else. De'Angelo Henderson at RB for example.

Although I'd have kept Henderson over Booker anyway.

It would be a bit risky just having two QBs. If Keenum were to go down they would be left with just an untested rookie.

An untested rookie who's looked better than Lynch every time he's stepped on the field.

Lynch is a bust. It's past time to cut ties.

Kelly has done well but he's yet to play a regular season down, so it would be massive risk to rely on only him if Keenum gets hurt. Lynch of course may not make it but he does have two years of playbook and offense knowledge so that is going to count for something.

I get your point, but every time Lynch steps on a field he shits his pants. He looked half decent against a third string Arizona and now takes a place on the roster when players who could legitimately add something have been cut.

Mack 6 years, $141m, $90m in guarantees. Totally stealing Donald’s thunder.

Cowboys cut Dan Bailey but do keep Rico Gathers.

Bailey didn't look anywhere near himself last season but still a shock .

Disappointed Bo Scarborough got cut hopefully keep him for practice squad

FFS stealing my thunder.

Fecking hell, McKinnon torn ACL and season over. Injuries suck.
