Loading icon issue?

I'm getting a problem when I first come to website I can't log in as the loading icon is constantly on and doesn't allow me to click the log in icon.

I can remove this issue by clicking on any thread/forum etc. and the loading icon is gone and I can click the log in icon.

I get the same error on my phone.

MacBook Air - Firefox
iPhone 6 - Safari

Same. Using Chrome on Windows.

Yea it's been doing this all day. Doesn't seem to actually impact anything though.

The only impact it has for me is when I'm on the home page and I click between the Football tab and the General tab. A lot of the time the loading icon appears but the content doesn't change/load. Refreshing normally sorts it.
